10th (and last) Queensland International Digital Circuit
Awards for Storm Noa photographs in the final Queensland Circuit

All good things must come to an end and sadly this was the last Queensland International Digital Circuit. I have been entering these on and off since I started entering FIAP salons in 2017 so I was determined to put some strong images together for this final entry.
Storm Noa at Newhaven was awarded a FIAP Gold Medal in the Mount Gravatt salon.
Storm Photographers received a GPU Honourable Mention in the Gold Coast salon.
This was also the first time I've had an acceptance for a photograph taken on a mobile phone camera. This image of a dramatic fiery sunset over Bognor Regis pier in January 2022 was taken on my Sony Xperia XA2 as that was the only camera I had with me at the time. It has been processed using my usual workflow, though starting with a JPEG file imposed some restrictions on what I could do. The saturation slider was not touched - the sunset really was that vivid.
